Subject-Specific Resources
Interdisciplinary research, by its very definition, calls upon a variety of subject areas. The major areas of investigation for this course--humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and the visual and performing arts--each have specialized research needs that are met by subject-specific databases. Check out the library's Research Guides, arranged by subject, for librarian-recommended search tools in each discipline!

For other information on topics that you are researching, consider looking them up in the library's wide array of online encyclopedias. Reference books provide great background information on specific topics, and may help in refocusing your topic if you run into problem finding adequate information.
